Welcome to the Illinois Art Therapy Association!

We are an active association looking to strengthen awareness of the field of art therapy and provide more opportunities for art therapists to connect.  In working towards these goals, we are looking to fill some empty positions.  By becoming involved with your local Illinois Art Therapy Association, you are building valuable job skills while networking with a wide range of professional contacts.  The current open positions are the following:

• Conference Chair(or 2 Co-Chairs)/Committee:  This is an opportunity to plan an exciting conference for 2011.  An organized, creative and hard working individual can team up to make next year’s annual conference new and exciting.  A wonderful opportunity to gain insight into all aspects of presenting.
• Nominations Committee:  This position is great for a charismatic individual interested in connecting with the community of art therapists.  This position does outreach to the community of art therapists for nominations for open positions.
