E-Alert Request Guideline:
Please submit requests for E-Alerts according to the following specifications.

1. Please send e-Alerts to publications@illinoisarttherapy.com with documents marked “e-Alert request” in the subject line.
2. Please send “ready-to-send-out texts” including the title of the announcement, content, your contact information, web address if any, etc. and digital images (optional) in jpg format.
3. Requests must be sent at least two weeks prior to the event in order to guarantee that the e-Alert will be sent out one week before the event. Submissions made less than one week prior to the desired publication date may or may not be published.

* If a sponsor runs two paid ads in one issue of the Newsletter, then the sponsor gets 20% off on the total fee.
* If a sponsor runs one or more paid ad(s) in one issue of the Newsletter, then we send out one free e-Alert as a bonus. The free e-Alert ad must be the same ad(s) that was published in the Newsletter. The sponsor may decide the timing of the free e-Alert ad.

Call for articles and artwork for the IATA Newsletter:
Artwork for the front cover artwork:

• Please send us your artwork for the cover page of the newsletter! We believe member artwork will enhance the overall scope of the newsletter and allow members to view each others artwork and talents.
• If interested please send a digital image of your artwork in the jpg format via email along with the title of the artwork, media, dimensions, and a brief artist statement. The email subject line should read: Newsletter Cover Art. Please observe the submission deadlines.
• Inside Info: Members can submit information on places that art therapists find good deals, stores that donate exciting “finds”, or tips on inexpensive or not-so-common art type materials. The email subject line should read: Inside Info. Please observe the submission deadlines.
• Inspiring Stories of the power of art therapy: Inspiring Stories may be personal ones or stories based on one’s clinical experience that show the power of art therapy. The email subject line should read: Inspiring Story. Please observe the submission deadlines.

The IATA member mailing list is available for purchase by members only. The mailing list is priced at $40.00 and includes a set of 180 pre-printed labels of IATA’s current membership.
